Located just across the road from the main bus stop, and just a short 10 minute walk to the main, buzzy square, and also a short walk to the beach, Ximena hotel is like a calm oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of Sayulita. The building is spotlessly clean, and rooms are very spacious. We had an issue in our room when we first arrived where one of the sinks was leaking. But we reported it and were immediately given another room instead, without any trouble. The shower is huge and very good, lovely toiletries provided too, which smelled gorgeous. There is lots of space for luggage in the room, and a nice fan plus AC to keep cool. We had a small balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. A bottle of purified water is provided in the room, and there is a cold water dispenser in the main corridor which can be used to refill bottles, which was so handy. The rooftop pool was the highlight for us. So peaceful and relaxing to lounge up there away from the crowds, and enjoy the heated pool.

There is nothing I did not like. At my room I liked also the kitchenette and balcony. Pool area is relaxing with waterfall. Pool is not big, but you can swim in it. Pool chairs were comfortable. Area has all the restaurants right outside. Beach is few blocks away at walking distance. Staff was very nice and helped me to get taxi to Puerto Vallarta.

I was especially impressed by the wholehearted welcoming and friendly staff. Everyone always had smiles and were very professional and attentive. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool, utilizing the outdoor gym, and the coworking space. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and large shower heads and water pressure were a highlight. Hotel Pura Chacala ligger i Chacala, 4 minuters promenad från Playa Chacala, och har conciergeservice, rum, en utomhuspool, gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen och en terrass. hotel pura chacala is a very sweet, small and quiet property that is very well tended to as are the guests. gerry and crystal are available to attend to whatever you might need. they are both very friendly and helpful. the one bedroom apartment was spacious and clean and had what we needed to prepare some simple meals. it’s a bit of a steep walk back up from the beach so it helps to be able bodied. plus there are four flights of stairs to reach the roof top deck. the roof top deck itself is very pretty, has a washroom there and a gorgeous view. we weekend very comfortable staying here and will likely return next time we visit chacala.
