Great value for the price. The room was very clean and comfortable - spacious with a comfy bed, hot water shower, good A/C and a refrigerator. The location is good for its privacy (at the end of a small soi), and it's nice and quiet. It's near enough to restaurants and shops but is a few minutes away from the central area where markets and offices are located. They provided a bicycle which was very helpful, it's a two-minute ride to 7-11 and about a 5-10 minute ride to the downtown area. Breakfast was good; usually fried eggs, toast, various meats (I'm vegetarian but had plenty to eat) and either fried rice or congee, with juice and instant coffee.

One of my favourite places I’ve stayed! The property is beautifully decorated with flowers and garden ornaments and it is so well kept! There are so many places on the property to sit in the sun and enjoy the surroundings. It’s so quiet at night and feels very private as you have a terrace and a balcony! The room itself is very well equipped with a fridge and a really nice shower. The owner and his staff are so kind and accommodating, they even gave us fresh fruit and pastries on a few of the mornings, it is the little things like this that we appreciate! We felt so welcome and comfortable and although we stayed for almost a week, I could have stayed longer! The price was also very reasonable and they offer to clean your room daily, every morning we woke up to toiletries and water hanging on our door! The property is in an ideal location, very close to Mae Sariang town but also not too close to the centre, lots of beautiful temples nearby and fabulous views of the mountains. 100% recommend!
