I was thoroughly pleased with nearly all aspects of my stay. The location is excellent as it is within walking distance to Casa Port Train Station and it is just by a tram station. The room is quite spacious, featuring comfortable bedding materials and high-quality pillows. The shower and toilet area is remarkably spacious as well. As an avid traveler who has experienced accommodations in many countries, I can say with confidence that this hotel represents an exceptional value. The reasonable rates I paid were more than commensurate with the high-quality service. In particular, I was incredibly impressed by the hotel staff, who demonstrated the utmost professionalism and hospitality throughout my visit. One of the staff members, Hamza, was especially attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. His warm demeanor and willingness to assist with any request was truly commendable. Overall, I found this hotel to be a wonderful choice that exceeded my expectations. The combination of cost-effectiveness and comfortable room facilities made for a thoroughly pleasant experience that I would enthusiastically recommend to family, friends, and fellow travelers.

Cleanliness, comfort, proximity to local attractions. Their included breakfast was great (try the Amlou - the Moroccan Almond butter made with edible Argan oil and raw honey). The Hotel’s staff was extremely hospitable and helpful. Special mention to Ahmad the bellman who is such a wonderful young man who went above and beyond taking the initiative to help us at every turn for no purpose other than genuinely being there for visitors to the hotel. Just a tip when you’re in Casablanca, always take what they call the “red taxis” and ask that the Taxi’s meter is on otherwise you’ll pay a lot for private prix-fixe larger white taxis.

I could easily stroll to nearby restaurants, shops, and landmarks, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area on foot... there's no need to take your car. The location was good. It is next to the Casablanca corniche and about a 14-minute walk along the corniche to the top attraction in the city - the Hassan II mosque. Our 9th floor apartment had awesome views of the ocean. Wonderful! Also the apartment is only a few minutes walk away from the famous Rick's Cafe and a nearby mall. The main staff person I was in regular contact with via WhataApp - Boujemaa El Ouinkhir - was excellent. He was easy to communicate with and was always just a message away.

Recommended to everone! Great location, clean apartment with equipment. Beautiful view on ocean and Hassan II Mosque, plus you can go to terrace on top of the building to have a view on whole Casablanca. The host is the nicest and most hospitable person ever! We were so late to check in and he still waited for us, showed us our apartment and told us all about the city, and recommended restaurants and touristic attractions. Had great stay, and for sure will be back with all my family in future!
Hotel Majestic has its glorious times long behind. It is a beautiful building which badly needs investment to preserve it for next generations of guests. With its good location downtown, easy access to tourist attractions, spacious rooms, nice ( Moroccan) decore, fine breakfast ( wait until 8:00, that is when the kitchen has hot dishes ready 😁), it is a very good choice on Casablanca. Also, the reception staff, Maud in particular, should be mentioned as the hotel asset.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for their money’s worth. Wish there were more staff members like Marwan at every hotel in Morocco. The hotel is in a great location in my opinion tram and buses near by train station also in walking distance. I took a leisurely stroll to Casa Port on a few occasions. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The day I was leaving the porter went and got me a taxi and brought it to the hotel. Overall it’s a well priced hotel compared to others. It would be my first choice if staying in Casablanca as I know what to expect.

I had a wonderful experience at Kenzi Tower Hotel in Casablanca. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning view of the Hassan II Mosque. The staff were exceptionally courteous and the valet service was very convenient. The spa is a bit dated but functional. Located in the heart of Maarif, the hotel is perfectly positioned for shopping and dining. Highly recommend for a pleasant stay!
Everything honestly. I just spent one night in Casablanca and wanted to stay near the Casa Voyageur train station. A short walk from the station. Very friendly staff who speak good English. A very nice hotel in a good location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast is excellent. The staff is exceptionally friendly. There are cafes and restaurants nearby, it's nice for a walk. A must-do recommendation is to use the very affordable Petit taxi to feel the real vibe of Casablanca.

Hotel is conveniently located close to Casablanca's airport. It has a 24 hour desk, and a free shuttle service that runs every hour. The driver of the shuttle was especially helpful and friendly. Had dinner at the restaurant, which was good, if a little bit pricey.
Property was unique! We stayed in the Charlie Chaplin suite- very clever. Spacious and very comfortable suite. Breakfast was amazing! Location of hotel good (altho we don’t know Casablanca at all) the neighborhood was very nice with good restaurants. The spa was lovely.
