Marcus not only recognized on check in that it was my birthday, he organized a small cake to the room, played a quick table soccer game with me and replied to every request with a big YES and a wide smile on his face. Coming back to the hotel after long walks in town felt like coming home with Marcus at the reception. Going forward visiting hotels will be all about the experience and making the property a destination. Innside by Meliá Luxembourg is well on track for this new phase in hospitality.
