Thambu illam was one of my favourite stays in Sri Lanka! I felt at home and comfortable. The staff were amazing including the night time security, Joseph, who kept us company and shared his story while we stayed up past midnight. Mathu the manager checked in with us when we didn’t arrive on time for our booking and he responded quickly to messages. The supervisor was exceptionally helpful and got us almost anything we requested for our meals. Thambu illam brings you a feeling of being in your ancestral home and the little details they paid attention makes it even magical. We will definitely come back here to stay with our family on our next trip.

Convenient location right next to railway station but also quiet. Spacious and attractive room, pool was clean and refreshing. Some of the best food I’ve had in Sri Lanka. Staff was attentive and welcoming and always ready to help, from the front desk to the restaurant Special appreciation for the young woman at front desk (Ms Thanthoty ? sorry for misspelling ) who helped me book my onward bus ticket.

Perfect location (Tempel&Rio), nice staff, great swimming pool to cool in super heat. It is ideal for families. Everyone in hotel was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Staff were really nice and helpful. During our stay my mom got an injury and the support provided by the staff were really good. Krishna at the Amutham restaurant were really helpful. I don’t remember the names of the others who helped, but big thanks to everyone.

PJ Hotels Jaffna mempunyai kolam renang luaran, pusat kecergasan, taman dan teres di Jaffna. We recently stayed at the PJ Hotel for three days and had an excellent experience. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, making our stay incredibly pleasant. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment to relax in. While we didn't get a chance to try the hotel's food, as Jaffna has some fantastic restaurants that we chose to explore, we are definitely looking forward to trying the hotel’s cuisine next time. Overall, a great place to stay with exceptional service.

I really liked this place. The WiFi worked great. The rooms are clean. Staff is nice and very accommodating. The minibar was a true treat as most places in Sri Lanka don’t offer a mini fridge in the room. Breakfast was tasty. Tv in the room worked and had some English programming available. The hotel’s location is very good as transportation isn’t required to get many items.

Located just 2.5 km from the city centre, Yal's Town Inn is located in Jaffna. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a TV, air conditioning and a hot tub. The staff is really nice and friendly. Food was exceptional Totally worth the paying amount. Also as the inn located in the middle of the town we can travel anywhere around with ease Definitely recommend for anyone even solo or with a group this is a safe place to stay.
