Situated conveniently in the centre of Galle, Ivy Lane Galle Fort offers air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a terrace. The location was ideal with many things to see and good places to eat within walking distance. The room was also a cozy size and clean. The breakfast was also very filling.

The staff are the biggest asset - they were so attentive and made our stay really special by always going above and beyond for us. The restaurant is also brilliant and we particularly loved the garden and pool areas. It feels really private and luxurious so we could not ask for more.

The Merchant features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Galle. We loved our stay at the Merchant. Amazing location, beautiful decor and clean rooms, lovely staff and nice restaurant. They upgraded 1 of our rooms free of charge. The staff are super lovely and extremely helpful. The hotel has a generator due to the power cuts. They also arranged PCR for travel. My mom loved the lotion they have so they sold her a bottle. Would definitely stay here again.
