Wifi internet connection provided a stable speed around 25Mbps. The gym offers a good selection of machines and weights. Just remember to reserve a slot, especially if you plan on using it early in the morning or late at night. I must also commend the staff; they were incredibly friendly and helpful.

It is a big town with not much to see, even those can be skipped and see something else in a nicer place. During my travel in Sri Lanka, I heard people saying that it does not worth to go to Colombo, but by that time it was too late, I have already been there...
Colombo is interesting and nice capital. I think our 5 days were enough for it - just because there are so many interesting things to see in Sri Lanka :)
Cultural shock but must to see with your own eyes. 2 days is good enough to discover. Very intense city with lot of noises and smells, crowded places everywhere, the air pollution is high the trafic is crazy. The people are very kind and helpful. After all Colombo is an interesting experience.
Colombo is definitely not worth visiting, not even for a night. From the airport immediately take the bus or train to your first real stop. Nothing to see, nothing to do, just a busy and grey city.
Do not go to Colombo unless you have business there, it is not a tourist destination at all.
