The staff is very friendly and speaks English well. The hotel looks new and modern. Breakfast was good, with a lot of choice. The hotel is situated close to the main attraction, the mausoleum. The room is clean, spacious and has a sunny balcony that overlooks the courtyard; the shower is very warm; the beds are comfortable; and the buffet breakfasts are varied and delicious. There is a restaurant and lounge onsite, staff are very welcoming and friendly, and the mausoleum is less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel. (Make sure to walk the mausoleum grounds at sunrise and sunset; it is absolutely breathtaking.) Edem has everything we wanted for a very affordable rate. We highly recommend staying here!

Boutique Hotel Silk Way dispone de jardín, terraza, restaurante y bar en Türkistan. This is a lovely, comfortable and cosy hotel in Turkestan. The staff were so friendly and professional, the hotel has a restaurant on premises servicing good quality meals and wines, very convenient if you don't want to go out. The rooms are a great size, the bathroom and maintenance is immaculate throughout the rooms and common areas, the bed was so very, very comfortable. We stayed an extra night to see a few more things in and near Turkestan and we're very happy to have this lovely place to come home to. Very happy to recommend a stay in this hotel.

The location is very convenient. The reception staff are very friendly, despite the fact that I arrived at the hotel late, my reservation was waiting for me.
