One of the few hotels in Kazakhstan that we stayed at, that provides free bottled water. The staff is just lovely, was always friendly and made an effort to help us. Definitely the best hotel staff we met in Kazakhstan. The location is great, not far from good restaurants and places to see. There is also a nice cafe downstairs where you can get breakfast.

Explained me everything I needed and helped me with my bar order😀 Room was clean and good looking, the sea view was quite spectacular! Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food to choose from, restaurant employees were very friendly! Can’t wait to come back in summer
