Special dinner at the hotel was very special. Onsen was excellent with magnificent view.

located next to Kutchan JR train station. Very Friendly owner who offers rides to Niseko ski resorts every Morning. And easy access back back on the end off the day to the hostel. hostel is located very close to a big supermarket. facilities are really nice and comfortable.

The rooms were spacious and private, breakfast offering was great and diverse, the onsens are amazing and have both indoor and outdoor baths. The massages were very relaxing. The hotel offers shuttle buses each day to and from popular ski and town locations. Ski hire can be booked through the hotel and delivered to the hotel ski lockers which made things a lot easier.
Breakfast was delivered and restaurant was in a nice quiet spot. Each aspect of the meal was explained and well prepared.

Staff was awesome and very helpful. They made us feel welcome and helped with issues we had like ordering a taxi or getting information about surroundings. 10 stars for staff. Rooms were clean. We had in room onsen. It was small but the view was great. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots of things to choose from, Japanese and western. Ski Lyft was very close to the hotel. Price was also reasonable. There is no other place where you can have an in room onsen for this price.
In a word everything. The property is like something out of a James Bond movie. The room was excellent with two onsen, one outside with an incredible view. The layout of the room and the decor were to our taste and amazing in its simplicity. This aspect was evident it the rest of the hotel, from the corridors with work windows strategically placed, to the communal areas. The Kaiseki dinners were also excellent and the staff extremely welcoming and helpful.
Breakfast is so so but decent.. Rooms with Mountain View are superb.. facilities also are very clean and maintained.. extra shuttle service given to us to go to Milk Kobo
Complimentary Parking on first come first serve basis was nice. Room is spacious to spill out all the baggages and Ski equipment.
