Dave was always on time to transport to and from ski resort; and willing to transport for additional requests. Very friendly and helpful, made reservation for outstanding restaurant for us. Special dinner at the hotel was very special. Onsen was excellent with magnificent view.

located next to Kutchan JR train station. Very Friendly owner who offers rides to Niseko ski resorts every Morning. And easy access back back on the end off the day to the hostel. hostel is located very close to a big supermarket. facilities are really nice and comfortable.
It has everything you might need, including rental shop right by the lobby area. From there, you can go directly on the slope. Amazing!
Great place to rest and go to onsen after a day of skiing. Love the location. Room was clean and spacious.
This is the second time I have stayed here and it is still awesome. Rooms are a very good size and have good facilities. Excellent Onsen. Get breakfast included because the breakfast is very good and worth the extra money. Walking distance (less than 10 minutes) to Moiwa snow area. Has a courtesy shuttle bus to Niseko resorts. We had to eat in the hotel restaurant on a couple of nights and the meals were much less expensive than you would expect.
Breakfast was delivered and restaurant was in a nice quiet spot. Each aspect of the meal was explained and well prepared.
Super accommodating to our late arrival. Great staff.
Breakfast and beautiful location location
The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Driving you to the slopes or into Hirafu village a couple of nights a week. The breakfast buffet is great and the perfect way to fuel up before a day of skiing. The lodge also attracts fun social people so I made some great friends while I was there!
The hotel is ski in/out and very comfortable. The staff are all very nice and we had a great time.

Staff was awesome and very helpful. They made us feel welcome and helped with issues we had like ordering a taxi or getting information about surroundings. 10 stars for staff. Rooms were clean. We had in room onsen. It was small but the view was great. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots of things to choose from, Japanese and western. Ski Lyft was very close to the hotel. Price was also reasonable. There is no other place where you can have an in room onsen for this price.
Everything was amazing at Zaborin. The snow view was beautiful and surreal. Room price included both breakfast and dinner. Unlike some meal inclusive resorts, the food quality here was superior and on par with what you would get at top-tier restaurants. The service is also impeccable. All the staff we met were amazing and epitome of Japanese service.
Modern, exceptionally clean, facilities were excellent. Hotel is in a great location for the ski resort and surrounding restaurants. on-site Onsen is also worth a visit.
The bus service that ran between the hotel and town, was amazing. It’s only a 12 minute walk to to town if you don’t get the bus
