The staff were very friendly, they let us leave our luggage before check in and after check out. There were washing machines free of charge in a room connected to the bath area. As well as a coin dryer in there too. There were free ice creams/ice blocks after evening onsen and free probiotics drinks after morning onsen. Staff were very professional, our room was clean and spacious. The onsens were fantastic, very well maintained. There was a sauna, a cold bath, an indoor and outdoor bath. Lots of amenities in the lobby as well as in the bathing areas. We had breakfast while we stayed here and it was great. Really appreciated the fact that most things were in little containers/plates. Loved staying here, really recommend it.
