This is a really beautiful hotel. Perfect location right next to the bus and train station yet you don't hear any of the outside noise (from level 7 anyway). It's huge, it feels really homey. The shower is awesome and the separate toilet is handy. A door with a balcony was nice for some fresh air too. The staff are so lovely, short walk to food, tourist attractions and the best burger shop in the world is only 15mins walk, 'center 4 hamburgers' OMG!! All the facilities in the room are just perfect, washer and dryer was perfect after getting sweaty on the slopes. I love the traditional yet modern feel of this apartment style hotel. I would stay again!!

Central location and we learned how to use the city bus because of their location. Rooms are bigger than business hotels, loved the fact that the toilet is separate from the shower. Near a bus station that goes to chubu centrair, staff told us about it and it was the best way to get to the airport especially if you have heavy luggage. Staff also never forgot about my message to them asking them if they can send our luggage to the airport, they kept asking me from check-in until check-out. So thoughtful of them.
Front desk is superb. They have nicely folded origami to give out to little children - and my daughter was delighted! The rooms were nice and clean. We have two non-connected rooms, but as it was the peak travel season, we were glad we found a nice hotel like this one. Its location was also excellent. If you stay here, you must eat at the Prince Matsuba, Nakatsugawa - just opposite the hotel! During my entire stay in Chubu, this restaurant provides the best food at the most reasonable price and great servings.
Location was great for an overnight stay before catching the morning flight out of Chubu Centrair. It was also located near the Aeon Mall. The room was surprisingly quiet even though we stayed in front of the elevator as the room doors close quietly rather than with a bang like most other hotels. The drawback is that the walls are thin and I had the misfortune of having a noisy neighbor. The room was spacious although a little old.
Its location was perfect for our last night in Nagoya…we didn’t want the hassle of a long subway ride and the anxiety of missing our departure flight. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Chubu Centrair and the ride takes about 10 minutes, so we were able to have a leisurely breakfast (buffet included in hotel room rate). Room facilities were good, tea and toiletries, you pick up at the lobby.
The Centrair Hotel entrance/lobby is in the main terminal of Chubu airport. It is extremely convenient for travelers who are exhausted after a long flight.
Just a stone's throw from CHUBU airport and a convenient night stop to catch those early morning flights. The breakfast spread was surprisingly good.
Central location, many choices of excellent onsen, attentive service, beautiful hotel grounds.
Somewhat older property but in a stunning location and well-maintained. One negative, - access to the onsen lacks elevators and requires climbing stairs. The onsen itself is again a little dated but the location and views of the beach more than makes up for this. Our room service was superb - everything one can wish for in a onsen-ryokan experience. There is a free shuttle service to the Shimoda train station.
Everything was great - spacious Japanese style room with many many nicedetails, quietness at night, very good breakfast, parking on site, good location and great service.

The friendly reception made us feel comfortable. He upgraded our room to bigger one. The large room was convenient with full facitilies for cooking. Onsen was so great. Very pleased to stay here
Excellent stay, and the view of the bay from the room was amazing. Both meals were delicious, and we had them in a private room. Also, there were a few private baths. The service staff were amiable and helpful. It is worth a trip to this remote area of the Noto Peninsula.
It’s clean, very well equipped with heater, cooking utensils. The owners are so nice and friendly. Language may be a barrier but they tried really hard to accommodate all our needs. The place is slightly secluded which is perfect for quiet vacation but you can still go to town centre by just taking 1 train to Karuizawa station and the owners are nice enough to drop and pick you!
The breakfast was healthy and make good use of local ingredients.
