This is my 3rd time that I stayed at Nikko Hotel. The Staff is very friendly and helpful & able to speak little English. They are so kind to prepare for me a box of sandwiches with drink & a carry bag for me to take it to Nagoya Airport when I was checking out at 6.00am. Thank you

Every room was placed from 31 to 36th floor and the hotel lobby was on 31th floor. Even if you have to take elevator twice to get in the room(1st floor to lobby on 31st floor and then room on 32nd floor or above), you could enjoy the magnificent view of Nagoya. Day and night view are remarkable and it was def worth it. Staff were kind and they were willing to help anytime.

There was a good selection of free amenities as well. We could not hear any noises from the outside which was one of our worries. The staff was extremely nice and attentive; they even gave us four umbrellas on the day we were checking out because of heavy rain. We told them we could not return them and they insisted on giving them to us.

The fact that I stayed a few nights on a TV tower turned hotel was fascinating. The location is perfect, the hotel is artsy and fun, full of surprises with its secret entrances for elevator to the top of the tower, and to the restaurant. My patio was super neat for inviting a few friends up for a drink. The staff members at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and will definitely stay here again.

I like the atmosphere of the hotel. It is a bit old but it has charm and character. If you are big fan of antique look and feel of hotel, you will love this place. Plus, the location is actually pretty good, really close to Okazaki park and Okazaki castle. In addition to it, the hotel is close to 2 local train; Aichi loop line and Meitetsu line.
Loved our comfy family room with tatami area and futons. The sento (public bath) was wonderful: really nice natural rock style bath and lovely washing areas. The sento is well used by guests including kids so definitely family friendly. This hotel has so many extras: free late night ramen service (21:30-23:00), free ice cream after bath, free manga library in the lounge. The staff were really pleasant and helpful and the chef at breakfast was especially nice. What a great stay.
Many thanks to the Chinese speaking waiter, she helped us a lot, helped us solve our own troubles, it took her more than an hour, she has been patiently helping. Very good girl, thank you!
Location is superb. It's close to a major train station and also stone-throw distance to thousands of restaurants and bars. Also it is the upstairs of Gold Gym and the hotel guests can get a discount ticket for one-time use of the gym, which is great for those who go to a gym regularly.

All of staff are very kind and friendly. The hotel is nearby meitetsu station and not too far from JR station too.
The convenience, cleanliness, and staff.
The room was very clean, the beds are super comfy and they have prepared 3 different kinds of pillows ( 1 hard pillow, 1 feather soft pillow and 1 throw pillow) for each bed which made my sleep very comfortable and relaxing since I am used to sleep using 2 pillows. The view from our room was excellent.
Very happy with room, Great Location for me. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Managed to change rooms with no problems due too staying an extra night. I was able to leave my belongings in original room, staff moved my belongings with no problems to 2nd room.
Convenient for travelling as it is located above the main train station. Staffs were very helpful.

The staff were very polite and helpful with any questions. And they're he happy to lend you a little bike so you can explore the Sakae district which has many great attractions.
Breakfast has a lot of options. They also have free drinks (limited to one per person) during happy hour. The bed is comfortable. A set of PJs is also provided. The hotel is close to the train station. Hisaya-odori Park is just across. There is a lot to do and eat within walking distance. Very reasonably priced. Requesting for late check-out was a breeze (for a fee of 1000 per hour). Staff is very helpful and accommodating - they even let us use their umbrellas because it was raining when we stayed.

The place was quaint and dainty from outside and even the lobby/reception area but they have large rooms. It was overall clean and have a lot more amenities inside the room than regular hotel rooms like hot and cold water dispenser, microwave, and air purifier.
