Only a 10-minute walk from the center of Cortina d’Ampezzo, Hotel Villa Gaia provides free parking and free Wi-Fi access. Surrounded by the Dolomites, it serves a varied sweet and savory breakfast. This family run hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff so attentive to all our needs. We needed an envelope to return key cards from a previous hotel and they provided it free of charge even though I offered to pay for it. They also gave us directions to the post office. The room, including bathroom, was a perfect size and was lovely with all wood cupboards and desk. The balcony gave us a view of the mountain. Our bed was large and comfortable. They did not have A/C but the cool mountain air kept the room at a perfect temperature for sleeping. The breakfast was varied and yummy. We couldn't eat the home made cake they delivered to our table so they gave us a takeaway box and we enjoyed it later in the day. Can't say enough about this wonderful hotel. Parking behind the hotel was safe and secure with a bonus view of the mountains. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. The main part of town is within walking distance and has many nice stores and restaurants.

The staff at Hotel Alemagna were incredible! They made us feel welcome, and at home from start to finish. Breakfast, day time, downstairs restaurant, and evening front desk staff were all amazing. Alex, the front desk agent, welcomed us each and every day and was so incredibly nice that he made our stay that much better. Could not recommend this place enough, will definitely return! Incredible location to everything in San Vito di Cadore. We had a car to go into Cortina, and the parking at the hotel was very handy and easy.
Hotel Juventus has a great location next to lake of Auronzo di Cadore. Owner and his staff are absolutely professional and very kind. They can comunicate in English with clients and they are always available to help clients in order to have a pleaseant stay in Auronzo. For dinner, their home cook offers everynight a simple but tasty menu made with local indridents. I really apreciated during the breakfast that they offer their own jam and other genuine local food.
San Vito di Cadore
Big, and really beautiful apartment, three rooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, terrace and a huge, wood-covered burgeois living room. Clean and cozy, and a really nice, easygoing English-speaking landlady. San Vito di Cadore is a small holidayvillage, supermarket just next door. Good informative sheet in the apartment. Bring your own soap and basic kitchen spices.

Fantastic lake view from the private balcony. Great location by car to all villages in Cadore valley. Good surroundings for morning runs. 40 min drive to the cable car in Cortina where we skied one day, stunning scenery. Good apartment for the two of us, with two private bedrooms. Parking just outside. Friendly host, trying his best with google translate!
This was my 3rd time staying in the Dolomites region of Italy but my first time in San Vito di Cadore. The town and the Hotel Marcora were both absolutely wonderful! The views from my hotel room balcony were breathtaking! The room was really nice and the staff throughout the hotel were kind and helpful.
Selva di Cadore
Selva di Cadore is a very quaint village, in the heart of the Dolomites. The grocery store and a pharmacy were close by and very convenient. Also the coffee shop next door made a great cup of coffee! The apartment was spacious and well appointed, very comfortable.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Has all the utilities needed for a vacation. The owners are very helpful and nice. If you are looking for accommodation in Dolomiti/Cortina/Cadore region I doubt you will find a better price/quality option.

The hotel is nice and quiet. I had good sleep there, what is not very typical. Especially pleasant was hotel personnel. They are from Ukraine - very positive, professional and customers-oriented. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant as well - we arrived late, but still was able to have dinner.
The food was excellent , the staff helpful , especially Diego, and the facilities and spa were deluxe. There were many places to relax, whether on your balcony or in the grounds .The afternoon tea and treats were a bonus, as well as the’matador’ of the sauna-Sebastian. It is a special place .

The location is absolutely stunning. The staff are amazing, they will treat you like royalty. The spa is beautiful. Breakfast is top notch with local ingredients and very satisfying. The restaurant is expensive but we had one of our best meals in Italy there. Clean, beautiful and just perfect.
