The breakfast is simply perfect for a long day at the slopes, a lot of good options and plenty of fruits. The x-garden with the finnish sauna and the mountain views were the cherry on top, not to mention the Jacuzzi. A special greeting to Eliza who was very kind to us and promptly answered all our questions.

We stayed in Hotel Gries eight nights and truly enjoyed a warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the personnel of the hotel. Amazing and helpful receptionists who advised us about the slopes, Sella Ronda route, local restaurants, wine and helped me to treat the injured knee. Food was excellent - we were looking forward to dinner experience every single evening. Also, SPA facilities were good, but had to be pre-booked. At the arrival we were offered a very small room, but luckily we could change it to a spacious one. The room was cozy and clean with the renovated bathroom. Although the room was located close to the elevator, we did not experience any noise.

Breakfast is tasty, staff very king and helpful, room was warm and big enough for two people. We appreciated ski room with shoe heaters. Free parking next to the house. I am happy to recommend and come back!

I checked-in with a very lovely lady and told her I was going to be leaving early the next morning and they had packed a lunch to go for me which I really appreciated.

We originally booked a double room but then our daughter decided she wanted to join us. The hotel were able to change our booking with no fuss at all. The owner was very welcoming on our arrival. Our room was warm, a good size and had a small balcony. There was a good continental -style breakfast. The hotel is close to one of the main ski lifts and a short drive to Canazei. A really good choice for anyone looking for comfortable, convenient and good value accommodation for a ski trip in the beautiful Val di Fassa.

The apartment looks very good, has a nice atmosphere and is on a good spot in the village. It is close to the shops and on walking distance to the big skilift. There is private parking and the apartment has it's own shed you can use to store ski's. All in all it is a perfect location for skiing in Val di Fassa.
Very cozy hotel (up to the smallest details in the decor) in perfect location for skiing (easy access to several ski lifts in Val di Fassa valley). The staff was extremely friendly and assisted in any request we had which made our stay very comfortable and easy.
The hotel is located near the main road in Val di Fassa. After fatal first evening the room has been cleaned every day. There is a safe box. It is important due to organizational mess. Yo don’t know who has the key to your room.

Super lovely family-run hotel. Very friendly and welcoming. A bit high on the price but was well worth it! They always were willing and eager to make you feel more comfortable. Nice gesture with the welcome drinks; immediately felt the warm welcome. The junior suite was super spacious and well decorated. Everywhere was clean and thought-through. Pool was nice and had a great view to the mountains. The breakfast was just PERFECT. Had a Laden dinner at the evening and was super delicious. Nothing much is near-by so it’s like a getaway hotel. But you could walk 15 mins up the hill to reach the village Centre if you want a night stroll or join the village folks in their beer time. If you have a car then it’s a plus, you can drive to many mountain hikes or mountain lifts.
Such a cosy hotel with exceptionaly friendly but professional staff! The location was great to visit other places. The food was exceptional! Lots of parking outside and inside the garages! The hotel has an excellent heating system, and we were warm all the time in the room and throughout the hotel. Swiming pool, big water slide for kids, jacuzzi, spa, and sauna all great, and we had lots of fun. We are coming back to this hotel soon. The staff was very accommodating. Our room was very comfortable and clean with a beautiful view. The breakfast was very good. The staff even offered to go above and beyond to meet our needs. Highly recommend! Hoping to stay on our next trip back.
The breakfast and the dinner were exceptional, great food, from parmegianno, to grilled fish, gorgonzola tiramisu, everything you wished from an italian restaurant!! The lobby was very nice, also the stuff super friendly.
