Wow! What a beautiful lodge. We were warmly welcomed by Mateo and Elisa and shown our room. Every detail was beautifully thought out, lots of space for luggage and plenty of room for hanging clothes/coats/etc. The bathroom was spacious with a waterfall shower and the beds and linens were very comfortable and fresh! The temperature was controllable from the room and there were plenty of options on the TV. We also had a balcony where we enjoyed the sunshine in the afternoon. Many restaurants within walking distance and two grocery stores close for things you might need. Breakfast at the lodge was delicious and plenty. There is also storage for ski equipment in lockers assigned to your room. Will be back!

Shuttle to the ski lift and to the hotel (waited not more 2-3 minutes) Delicious dinners. The presence of the hotel owner created a caring atmosphere.. live music. Fruits and tea with sweets were always at the reception. The view from the window is breathtaking... Upon departure, beautiful Mrs Lorenzetti comes out to personally see off the guests and gives her cake. Thank you.

We stayed at the Diana for 3 nights in June, 2023. We had a magical experience from beginning to end, and were sad that we had to leave. The owners are genuinely warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful with advice on hiking in the area. We were given a very high level of service. The dinners at the restaurant were excellent and they have a good selection of wines to choose from. Breakfast offered choices.

The location is very convenient - close to lits, reastaurants and shops. The views are amazing and hiking was a great experience. The hotel is very comfortable. The breakfast was superb with plenty of choices, we really liked it. The hotel room was a bit small but convenient. We loved the hotel shampoo so much we even bought some to take home with us. If you want to have a great trip to Madonna di Campiglio, I really recommend this hotel.
Personnel was very helpful and friendly at the reception and at the spa. We got an early check-in and we could use the spa after check-out and skiing. The hotel arranged our pick up at neighbouring Savoia hotel free of charge while Savoia personnel offered the same for 15 Euros. The hotel is excellent in terms of comfort and location - probably the best after we have been living in 7 hotels in Madonna di Campiglio over the years.

Literally everything, the apartment was clean and super cozy, Apartment is a snug retreat with breathtaking mountain views. the living area's comfy setup was perfect for unwinding. The kitchen had everything we needed for easy meals, and the bedroom ensured peaceful nights. Being close to town and ski lifts made it super convenient. A small two story modern alpine style restaurant and hotel by the waterfalls, easily reachable by several trails and a little road from Madonna di Campiglio (so you can come by car, bike or on foot, all quite easily). The friendly staff make everyone feel very welcome . The rooms are just gorgeous, with balconies and all comforts. Spotlessly clean.
We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Alpina. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Located at the heart of Madonna di Campiglio, it's conveniently close to everything, most importantly the ski lifts. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again on my next visit!

The property is very well located between Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo. The neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped with comfortable beds. The parking place is in the garage. Access to the parkings at the ski resorts takes about 10 minutes by car.
Breakfast is good. Location is away from the center of Madonna di Campiglio. It is not Ski in ski out, as said in booking.com it is close to the ski slopes but you need to walk a lot not ski to and from the hotel. It is not 50m as written but 200m from the ski lifts.

Everything. This was the best skiing holiday we have ever had. The hotel is so cosy, the staff are all AMAZING. The rooms are simple but beautiful, very alpine cosy. The bathroom is lovely clean and warm. Ottavia was absolutely brilliant at helping us with restaurant bookings and also organised another night for us to stay at their sister hotel when we extended our trip by a day due to amazing snow!! (We wished we could have stayed another night at Cristal Palace however there was no room). The breakfast, omg. It was the best hotel breakfast and service we have ever had. The selection was truly amazing I think I put on about 3kgs lol! The service was amazing, the ambience and the views are unbeatable. The spa is BRILLIANT, so much bigger and nicer than we were expecting. The pictures don’t do it justice. The location is a 5 minute walk into town and they have a private shuttle service which will pick you up anywhere within the Madonna ski region - truly amazing!!! It’s All in all I honestly couldn’t recommend more - we cannot wait to come back next year. It’s a cosy alpine treat in a beautiful ski resort with fantastic service.
