The first time we experienced the owners restaurant 45 years ago and keep coming back. The hotel and the restaurant are both worth experiencing. The help with our luggage and parking our cars made it a breeze to check in. They were so helpful and obliging. The best experience in Rome.

Ian was the perfect host, he kept in good contact before arrival, was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The apartment was perfect, central and spacious. Having the restaurant attached was an added bonus. I’ll most certainly return.

The nearest town is also pretty, and we enjoyed eating there and having drinks while taking in the beautiful views from all corners of the town.

The house is very nice. A place to relax and enjoy the suburb of Italy.. The hosts are very friendly and helpful in every way. If we go back to Italy, we will definitely come back to Delizioso appartamento Castelli Romani. Highly recommended to others.

The location was perfect to visit Rome and Castelli Romani, the host was very attentive and kind. We enjoyed the beautiful terrace and the stunning view on Rome. The apartment was spacious and bright with a large garden.

Beautiful building and setting - felt like walking into a film set. Wonderful staff, and set in a beautiful green park with view over Rome, and in the far distance, the Mediterranean. Frascati and the hills are a good place for a base with Rome not too far away.
Been coming to this hotel for a few years now. Nice place and the location couldn’t be any better really plus they have a car park. Staff are always friendly and helpful. This time we also got a little upgrade which was unexpected and very much appreciated so thank you very much!.

This hotel in the Castelli Romani was a real find. It has such a charming, antique look to it, but is very comfortable and modern. The man who checked us in at midnight was very friendly and professional. The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was a fantastic deal at 8 euros and had a wide variety of things to choose from. The position of the hotel was great. It was located just outside the historic center of Ariccia and included free parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
Clean room, friendly reception
The view was spectacular. However, our room had sloping ceilings and my tall husband kept bumping his head. We booked rather last minute so this may have been all that was available.
Typically Italian hotel. Has a restaurant, bar and tabacchi, it felt like you were where the locals go. The staff were great, friendly and willing to help. Also ready to help with your italian.
