Nice and clean hotel with a very authentic classic feel with top notch comfort. Bed was comfortable, room clean and bathroom was well stocked for one night plus stay. Breakfast was good and had a great time talking to the owners, very friendly hosts.

But everyone was just so nice there! made us feel so welcome! and Anna in reception was great! The property was lovely, we really liked the main building’s look and feel! we stayed in the newer building on the right of the main - it was lovely, clean and comfortable! The beds were lovely, we had a double and a single. we had a little balcony also on the room. the bathroom was perfect. we loved the breakfast- a great continental choice - you will not be hungry leaving!

Hotel is located 3 mins walking distance from the beach and 5 mins from good restaurant, couple of minutes from buses to the city centre. You can borrow bikes from the hotel for free.

Beautiful mediaval city in Emilia-Romagna with lots of hidden surprises. It has one of the oldest universities in the world - if not the oldest - so there're a lot of students and a very active nightlife. It's the food capital of Italy, with lots of restaurants serving beautiful traditional dishes. The reagon itself is the heart of the Italian automotive industry with a lot of known brands situated very close to Bologna.
Very cool, university town with lots to do. Summer outdoor film festival, beautiful historic sites (more than I could see in 3 days), great cafes in every price point. Walkable, good bus transport, taxis reasonably priced. Great base to day trips to Ravenna, Modena, Parma. Located in Emilia-Romagna about an hour north of Florence but totally different feel. Loved it and would return.

Elena who greeted and oriented us was very knowledgeable about restaurant and tourism options in Emilia-Romagna and beyond. She was very helpful for orienting us to the city and to the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a great view onto the courtyard below, very quiet but walking distance to just about everything.
I spent the whole week in the hotel during Ironman Emilia-Romagna. The location of the hotel is amazing, right at the end of the transition. Highly recommend it. Hotel & room were clean, staff was very nice, however, some of them could have a better command of English. If I will come back to Cervia definitely will use Hotel Kiss.
Stayed for the IM Emilia-Romagna weekend - perfect location overlooking transition. Bikes allowed in rooms. Parking available nearby was a bonus. Good selection for breakfast and availability over a long time. Very clean rooms with everything you need.
Stayed here for the Ironman Emilia-Romagna. Extremely helpful and friendly management, very supportive of athletes (early breakfast etc), good location, decent room sizes, good parking spaces on the quiet roads around the hotel.

The breakfast was ample and varied. The breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming......they all remembered that I love a good cappuccino and there was a cup brought to my table without my asking for it. The housekeeping staff was very efficient....my room was spotless and tidy after they cleaned. I had a room that overlooked the sea. There was a busy street outside my 3rd floor balcony that was noisy but that isn't the hotel's fault....the view made up for it! I did not use the pool and did not eat any dinner meals there. The bartenders made excellent aperitivos.....

Breakfast was very good but we were disappointed that the restaurant was closed and this was not made clear from the start.
We had a beautiful room with a sea view (and no extra charge). The beds were comfortable, the only annoyance was that it was a split mattress in the double bed so lying in the middle was quite uncomfortable. We had an extra cot and this was great, thank you very much. Breakfast was excellent, lovely view from the restaurant on the 5th floor, lots of things to choose from. They provided us with a small breakfast during our early check out.
Our apartment had a very nice terrace, and big windows that made the place bright. We enjoyed our stay and the area.
