Our apartment was stunning, great attention to detail. The building had a lot of history and was very interesting. Perfect location and the parking was great. Fantastic Location, Hotel is Brand new and spacious rooms with a large terrace with mountain view and food was delicious and a breakfast with a large variety, staff is very friendly. 2nd floor has direct access to the parking adjacent to road and easy to load and unload luggages. We will be back in another season.

This is a nice family run hotel, the staff is very nice. We have booked the junior sweet, the size was perfect. Both breakfast and dinner were very good. You get three options to choose for dinner the night before. There is a market close by. We didn't use the closest ski slopes and there is a 8-10 minutes drive to get to the closest one connected to dolomiti superski area. Ski bus stop is 50 m from the hotel.

Spacious apartment well located for skiing in Dolomiti superski area. ~15min drive to Ortisei ski area and ~20-25min to St. Christina. Two supermarkets in walking distance Restaurant at the hotel owned by the some owners in 5 min walk. Good food and nice hosts.
Snow, skiing, staff was great, ready to help when we left out phone on the parking lot. It was our second time in residence Lagorai. We're coming again.
The staff are really nice and helpful. The restaurant below is excellent and very convenient. The area is beautiful. No need to go far. There are plenty of stuff to do in the area.

A combination of location and service. The hotel is on a wonderful spot overlooking the valley over Ortisei. The view from the room was breathtaking! The outdoor swimming pool was great after a hot day in the mountains. The meals were exceptional quality and served by courteous and experienced staff. We felt like we were in a Michelin * restaurant! In the evening they lit a fire on the balcony and it was marvellous sitting by the fire looking at the stars. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We didn't have time to use all the facilities but they showed us around the sauna area and it looked amazing! We will certainly come again and next time we will go hiking with the hotel guide!
Super lovely family-run hotel. Very friendly and welcoming. A bit high on the price but was well worth it! They always were willing and eager to make you feel more comfortable. Nice gesture with the welcome drinks; immediately felt the warm welcome. The junior suite was super spacious and well decorated. Everywhere was clean and thought-through. Pool was nice and had a great view to the mountains. The breakfast was just PERFECT. Had a Laden dinner at the evening and was super delicious. Nothing much is near-by so it’s like a getaway hotel. But you could walk 15 mins up the hill to reach the village Centre if you want a night stroll or join the village folks in their beer time. If you have a car then it’s a plus, you can drive to many mountain hikes or mountain lifts.
Such a cosy hotel with exceptionaly friendly but professional staff! The location was great to visit other places. The food was exceptional! Lots of parking outside and inside the garages! The hotel has an excellent heating system, and we were warm all the time in the room and throughout the hotel. Swiming pool, big water slide for kids, jacuzzi, spa, and sauna all great, and we had lots of fun. We are coming back to this hotel soon. Sumptuous breakfasts with quality ingredients, very nice and tasty Italian 4-course menus offered for dinners. Afternoon refreshments on return from skis. Large indoor swimming pool and spa area, including outdoor jacuzzi bath connected with the pool.

Excellent hotel at amazing location
We loved everything from the start - easy check-in, very friendly stuff, we were very surprised about amount of entertainment the hotel has - from hiking/bike tours to spa and wellness like yoga and stretching, we enjoyed a lot massages, facial and spa in general, pools have amazing Mountain View, the whole territory is very stylish and clean, and room was specious, bed was super comfy. And another big thanks for the food!! it was the best breakfast we’ve ever had! And we tried first night to dine at the restaurant, and the same day changed our just bed and breakfast deal to half board, because the food was so good and definitely worth to pay for! Also amazing selection of local wines 👍 every staff was very polite, friendly and professional! highly recommended

Location is amazing...iconic boathouse and lined rowboats were right outside my balcony. Entire staff were exceptional. Bed is so comfortable. Food was amazing. Breakfast buffet of savory and sweet dishes was incredible. I have traveled around much of the planet and without a doubt, this hotel has theeee best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel.
Oh wow!!! I wish we had more time to stay longer!! A wonderful place!!! We stayed in the Yakima tents and they were wonderful!! The pool and wellness area was brilliant !! Very unique!! The shop- brilliant!! Some amazing outdoor merch!!! And a climbing wall inside it- yep!!! We loved it there!! Staff are amazing too!! We will definitely be back but for longer!!!
