What an exceptional customer service and accommodation! Me and my friend stayed here for few days, including pretty heavy snow storm. Our car was stranded and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us get to the village, including putting on our chains themselves. Rooms and spa are of high quality, decor is brand new and beautiful and breakfast was super rich. Amazing option for Champoluc area, we’ll be definitely back and make a tradition of staying here!

Fantastic stay all round at this family-run hotel; excellent location halfway up the mountain at Crest, ski-in/ski-out, warm, welcoming and helpful staff and great food (plenty of options, and plenty of food (local cuisine)!). The rooms looked like they had been recently refurbished, everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We woke up to a view of the sun rising over the mountains and the ski slopes from our bedroom window each morning - unbeatable.

The breakfast was very nice. We really liked the home-made cakes. The staff was extremely nice. We really liked to be in the lounge area with the hot fire in the furnace and the lovely music

Rooms, diner, breakfast, bar : excellent ! Service and kindness : top & excellent ! We felt at home and thanks to the hotel we could charge our electric car.
