The staff at the hotel were phenomenal and took the meaning of hospitality to another level. They helped us with arranging almost everything in our trip from boat rides to transport. I would definitely come back again and recommend Kumarakom Wood Castle to others.

The room was really big, actually the biggest dorm room I ever stayed in. Beds individual, not 2 floor, that gave a feeling of more privacy. Very comfy mattress. Really big bathroom. Very clean. The owner very friendly and assisted with all questions. Beach few minutes away. There are few small shops nearby to buy snacks, and also cafe available in the hostel.

Offering an infinity swimming pool, Ameya Kerala is situated on the Vembanad Lake near Varanad, away from the crowded Kumarakom. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. This place was AMAZING!! One of my absolute favourite places to stay of all time. The staff were so accommodating and the rooms/garden are stunning. The food was also incredible. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Situated in Alleppey, 100 meters from Alleppey Beach and Vijay Park, Oceana Hills Residency features accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a garden and barbecue facilities. Very nice, clean, and freshly renovated room. The bed was comfortable and the size of the room and the bathroom were ok. There was proper AC in the room and a TV. Close to the beach, you need to just cross railroad tracks. A bit far from the city center. The breakfast was homemade, typical Kerala food cooked by the owner. Very tasty and nice experience :) Also, the staff was super helpful, they helped us to organize the houseboat last minute and arranged the taxi. There was super heavy rain during our stay and a lack of electricity, but the hotel owns a power generator.

We had an amazing stay at Alleppey haven Beach villa. The facilities were great, the pool was very clean and badminton was fun at night. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. A big shout out to Clint, who gave us loads of suggestions and couldn't help us enough! He was always on hand if you had any queries. All in all our stay was great and we will definitely be back!
