Alwar is not a large city in India but, as most, is pretty noisy and busy. But Gramya resort is 11 kms from the center and it's a haven of peace and silence. It feels like you're in a different place. It's surrounded by fields, small villages and it's a feel for a more rural India. It's only 20 kms away from Sariska Tiger resort, so if you also want to do a bit of a 'safari' it's the right place to be (disclosure: we saw a lot of animals but the tigers were ellusive. And be prepared for the cold, as it's chilly in the mornings!) The resort has only a few rooms/huts. They are very nice, spacious and comfy. There's a huge gazebo (or hut, not sure how to call it) for the dining area, and the food is FANTASTIC. They have their own garden and grow many of the items themselves. Every meal was a feast! We always asked Rishi to recommend us some dishes, and it was always a real treat to try something different. We took breakfast every morning in our porch, or on the big piece of grass, under the sun... lots of parathas, lassies, yummy veggies. We just loved every bit. It's easy to move around and explore the surroundings just even on foot or grabbing a tuctuc. Rishi, the owner, is incredibly kind and helpful. He speaks impecable English and was always there to arrange anything needed, even before we arrived (he sent someone to pick us up from the station). It was a pleasure to stay there for 3 nights. We loved it all!

Neemrana's - Tijara Fort Palace asub Alwaris, 49 km kaugusel Rewari raudteejaamast. Kohapeal on hooajaline välibassein, tasuta eraparkla, aed ja terrass. An amazing place where you can feel the spirit of history. The magic of this place lies in discovering this fort at every turn. A lot of work has been done, there is still some left to do, so you can appreciate the work and idea of people who contributed to the reconstruction of this place. I recommend it, it was worth spending time there. Calm down and relax with a view of the endless fields and palm groves. I would like to come back to this place in 5 years and see how it has rebuilt and changed because it has amazing possibilities.

Välibasseiniga Neemrana's - Hill Fort - Kesroli asub Alwaris. Tasuta WiFi-ühendus on samuti saadaval. Tubades on konditsioneer. Privaatsetes vannitubades on dušš. Mõned toad on aiavaatega. Loved the property. Enjoyed the sunrise and sunset at the property.

Excellent service, food and location is next to Sariska Tehla gate. Staff Jatinder and Neemchand left lasting impressions!

Kutani Bagh - Best Hotel asub Tehlas, 300 meetri kaugusel Sariska rahvuspargist. Kohapeal on välibassein, tasuta eraparkla, aed ja terrass. This hotel was recently opened in February 2023, and everything was all brand new clean and very well presented. All meals were excellent. The manager offered lots of information and support. Swimming Pool was superb, and wildlife in the area particularly birds regularly visited the flowers and shrubs. The hotel’s remote location was nice and quiet, and was only a few kilometres from Sariska National Park entrance. Safaris were extremely good, large male tiger spotted both times.

Spordikeskuse, terrassi ja restoraniga HOTEL GREEN HILLOCK asub Alwaris. Majutusasutuses on toateenindus ja ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtt. Very nice couple helped for check in at 1:00 night due to rainfall we were not able to reach our resort in sariska, had to stay the night in alwar. They arranged dinner at 1:00 night, CCTV was there, everything was safe and friendly. The owner told us not to talk to anyone around at night and called us regularly until we reached safely. Thanks for great hospitality, we’ll visit again surely
