The staff and especially the owners Aziz and Ameen are very friendly, considerate and go out of their way to help you with everything during your stay (recommendations, tickets for bus/train, dropping you off somewhere). Ameen also runs a camel safari tour company and I took a nice overnight camel tour with him, including tasty food and sleeping under the stars in the dessert. He even offered a room to get some rest and refresh after the tour, since I already checked out.
