Anu took really good care of us, making sure we were adjusting to the high altitude. The food at the hotel was really tasty and fresh. The hotel also organised all our tours and permits, which were great value. We felt really looked after. The hotel staff were all very friendly. They really went above and beyond, to make sure we were comfortable and had a fabulous holiday! Leh is a really special place. I'd highly recommend a visit to the Snow Lion!

The staff was very helpful as we acclimated to the elevation. They recommended what food to eat, to stay hydrated and even supplied oxygen for my husband when his O2 level was low. The beds were very comfortable and we had a quiet room with a great view.
