I would highly recommend people to stay at this place if you thinking of visiting manali. It is surrounded by market and mall road is not far from there. Loved it. The staff at Radisson Dharamshala is excellent and always ready to help. The property itself is beautiful and has amazing views of the valley and is spread out enough that you can take some walks in the nice weather. The pool area is definitely the jewel of the place and you can spend hours relaxing by it while enjoying the nice views. The bar is good as well. My wife and I enjoyed a few cocktails in the evenings and the staff was kind enough to bring us a small plate of food for our toddler free of charge. The food is on point. We tried the in room dining option twice and the service was great both times. The Italian restaurant was quite good and the Bohri Biriyani from the regular Indian selection is a must try. We were traveling with a toddler and he enjoyed the open air play area as well as the indoor play room.

This was without doubt one of the best stays we did in the last couple of years. The hotel is cozy, very well located and peaceful. From our balcony, we got to enjoy an incredible sunrise and sunset every day, with a view on the mountains overseeing the whole valley. A place where it is very easy to meditate, read a book, or just to spend a moment with your own thoughts. Mr Tenzin and all the staff were very caring and helpful. They helped us with logistics (big thank you also to our driver Shami), gave plenty recommendations on interesting points to visit, hikes and trails. The hotel offers amazing breakfast, with a great selection of continental and Indian cuisine. We felt better than at home and would love to return here.

Situated in Chaura Maidan, Shimla - 7000 feet up in the Himalayas, The Oberoi Cecil offers luxury accommodation along with an indoor heated swimming pool, spa and 3 dining options. Staff were extremely courteous. Probably the best model of customer service one can ask for. Not a time goes by when the staff are not attending to your every need. This type of service and values this hotel upkeep is beyond excellence. Our kids had great fun at the activity Centre and interacting with the hotel staff. We adults had a great time with the ambience and even warmer courtesy extended by the staff in every aspect of our stay.
