Breakfast included and very good. Wonderful place with indoor and outdoor pool and in a beautiful setting. Wonderful place to stay for relaxation time! Nothing negative to say about this castle.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever. Everything about the resort was exceptional. It was very clean, stylish, and the apartments are huge! On my second stay, I also got a sauna on the balcony. So very well equipped. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I was very pleased with my stay. When I will visit Zala again, I will definately come back to Zala Springs!

Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja. Blisko do basenów i do restauracji. Niestety w Zalakaros są tylko małe sklepiki, więc zbyt dużego wyboru produktów nie ma (nieco większy market jest oddalony od apartamentu jakieś 1,5 km). Gospodarz bardzo sprawnie rozwiązał problem braku wifi.

Bardzo sympatyczna Pani Julia przywitała nas zimnymi napojami w upalny dzień. Śniadanie było smaczne i sycące. Apartament położony jest w centrum Zalakaros-blisko parku i wszelkich atrakcji. Wszystko zgodnie z oczekiwaniami, a nawet więcej. Polecam!

We had a big two floor apartment. Pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was delicious - eggs, sausages, ham, cheese, pate, cereals, Jura coffee, juices. as a bonus - you can sit on a saddle at the bar :)
Delicious food, helpful staff, nice and clean doublebed standard room. Very nice pools, wellness and warm mineral water pools inside and outside. Nice Heviz town with many shops and with big nature lake with warm mineral water in the center of the town.
Very good hotel, close to thermal lake and shopping facilities. We had problems finding the hotel parking garage, which is on the road few blocks futher on, but it leads you to hotel. I recommend parking in front of a hotel (for a few minutes to ger parking instructions, quite complicated). Parking isn't for free. Other options is to park on payable open parking places . The hotel has art nouveau glammour, inside swimming pool and very good family suites.
The hotel is very spacious. There is a restaurant in the hotel, prepare very good and tasty hungarian food. The staff was very nice and helpfull, we got an extra big suite, probably because there was free rooms. Wellcome drink provided by the receptionists

Everything was wonderful. Couldn't have been happier. Great location. Nice parks, walking areas. The Heviz food was excellent and portions were more than enough.The staff were very friendly, caring and helpful. They went far beyond what was expected to help me. I will definitely tell my friends to stay there, and I will certainly return soon. Thank you again for all your assistance.

Perfect location 100m from entrance to the lake. Entrance included in the price of the room. Nice personnel, speaking also English.
Great place for stay with kids, the pool, playground, 2 kid corners (one of them right next to the pool which is genious if they want to have a break from the water).
