The facilities of my room having a private sauna was exceptional. The quality of food was excellent and the friendliness of the staff and overall experience has been so good we decided to change our holiday plans and book into the highest grade suite for an extra 2 nights. This is an honest review and not sponsored but its the best review i have ever given any hotel.

I had surgery in the clinic next door so I couldn`t enjoy breakfast but my family did. Very clean and tidy hotel. Spacious rooms and superb location. The Kikelet restaurant next door is very good quality with amazing views of the city. If you are having surgery it is only 5 minute walk from the hotel. Zoo and a big playground are nearby. The staff was very helpful. My daughter was ill and we needed the bedsheets changed a couple of times.

A great hotel, a free welcome drink and very nice staff. We had a room with free mini drinks which was good. The rooms are comfortable and have lots of towels and toiletries !! We were on full board and the food was lovely.. the pool, jacuzzis and saunas were great and there's a lovely jacuzzi outside, I recommend going in it, even if really cold out. I recommend staying here
