The fact that you check in online and that you open all the doors with codes contributes to the whole experience because you have total privacy. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a very nice vacation and the staff did their best to make us feel good. The room was clean and it has a nice balcony. The food was excellent with a large variety of choices. There is also a nice wellness place where you can relax. The hotel is located in the center of the city and it has a parking area underneath (reservation is necessary). If you want to go to the Gyula thermal bath, the entrance is near the hotel (10 meters).

Beside the playroom they do several activities: like face painting, glitter tattoo, dance together, the whole hotel is family friendly, the staff kind and helpful, they have an owl mascot HUNGI who is the most adorable and fun. Definitely coming back for more. We loved it!
