I came with small dogs for a dog show and there was a square with grass nearby, so I had no trouble walking them as often as I wanted. The staff also spoke English, so I had no trouble communicating.

Featuring an in-house restaurant, Varga Tanya Hotel is situated 6 km from Kerekegyháza and Kiskunság National Park. This is the best place we have stayed in Hungary. We booked it by chance 15 mins before arriving as we drove. When we arrived we were totally surprised how good it was. Food was amazing, the place is quite large and centres around horse's. Great find, we only stayed one night as a stopover but next time plan to stay longer. Not too far off the motorway but far enough to feel like we were in the countryside. Staff spoke English which was appreciated and made everything easier.
