Although I was not there much during the days because of tours and stuff, the evenings were nice. Staff was very friendly, smiley and helpful and cooked delicious food. The hotel nestled among trees over looking the lagoon. Our room was at the end and was so beautifully built. Everything including the floor was in wood and looks like a mahogany. Inside is a spacious room with double bed, an area to work if you want to, who does? But it haa an indoor jacuzzi overlooking a gorgeous view of the lagoon. All open with glass windows and doors. An absolute gem.

The friendly staff. very quiet and peaceful. The pool area. The location worked for me being in a quiet neighbourhood just outside the island.
WIFI included. We asked for a garden view room which overlooks the pool area which has a nice landscape with lots of plants and a waterfall. Close to bus terminal drop off. Located on the main road through town. walking distance to bank and supermarket

The hotel is very nicely decorated. The pool is pleasant and clean. There is a Jacuzzi with hot water. The rooms are cozy. We had a shuttle at 9pm and for a nominal fee went towards us and left us the room. There are good laundry services. Very helpful in orienting oneself in the area.

Really fantastic place. Excellent value for money, very clean, air con and hot water worked well. The staff were really exceptional - super friendly and SO knowledgable and helpful about visiting Tikal etc. They even had coffee ready at 5:30am so I could have some before Tikal! The location near the main road is very handy for Tikal or other trips - much better than the other hotels I saw listed. This place doesn’t have its own swimming pier but you can swim at lots of different places, I just went to one of the more expensive hotels along the lake and bought a smoothie and used their jetty to swim.
