We fully enjoyed our longer than expected stay at this gorgeous Hotel. Right at the lake with beautiful views, great food and wonderful people working there. The cook is exceptional, amazing what she serves! This is an oasis of peace surrounded by the jungle. Much more relaxing to stay at this Hotel after a day of Tikal than at Flores. And it's easier and faster to go to Tikal from here. And in approx. one hour you'll be in Flores. Order a tuk-tuk to El Remote and take a collectivo (every 15 Min.) to Flores. Estuardo and his team were so nice and helped us in anything we needed.

The place is away from the village in a lush greenery and we loved it! Service was super friendly and fast. They even helped us with the transfer to Tikal and back. Our double room was simple but big, with a big terrace with chairs and a hammock to relax and enjoy the greenery / to read etc. Bed was comfortable and had a decent mosquito net. They have a decent menu so we seldom ate breakfast there or had some drinks. The hotel is a walking distance from El Remate so we also walked to visit some restaurants or tienda for some snacks when we wanted to. My favourite thing for sure was the fact it's a little away and in the greenery, little hidden gem. Because it's close to the bioreserve, it was wonderful to hear the sounds of nature and especially have our first experience with howler monkeys howling 🙂 I would recommend it for sure.

Humberto was super helpful with organizing transport for us and answering questions about the area. Very clean, well stocked kitchen. Nice hammock on the porch, with a view of the lake. Huge comfortable bed. Good value for money.

Bolontiku Boutique Hotel & Spa ligger 15 minutter med båd fra øen Flores og har udendørs pool og restaurant. Beautiful hotel with great meals. Breakfast is very good and we had 2 delicious dinners as well. The staff is very nice and we had a great bird watching walk with Oscar. We can definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

The hotel is oustanding. The facilities are pure luxury, but the biggest difference is the warmth of the staff.

We stayed at the resort for 4 days. We had a kind welcome by the staff. They helped us with our luggage and gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room. The staff is very friendly and adorable, they helped us in different ways. They were very kind, talkative, helpful, professional, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious, filling, fresh, and affordable: the yogurt bowl comes with a lot and different type of fruits. The view of the hotel is super nice, with this lake, and the animals like iguanas, monkeys, and squirrels. Definitely the perfect place to relax and recharge your battery! They offer a free boat service in which they pick you up and drop you off at the main island. It was very flexible and they were always on time. They were always very responsive on Whatsapp which was nice. They always replied within a few minutes. The thing that stood out the most was that the attention to the client was very distinguished and this bought to an high satisfaction from our side. HIGHLY recommended! Herudover lavede hotellet en morgenmadspakke to go, da vi skulle tidligt afsted. God service.
