Located 250 metres from the central square of Metsovo village, Asteri Metsovou offers traditional accommodation with stunning views of Pindos Mountains from their windows or balcony. The hotel is set in a fantastic location, overlooking a large part of the village and the surrounding mountains, yet it is at a close walking distance to the centre of the village and all restaurants/shops. The view from our room (with a traditional enclosed balcony) was marvellous. The hotel is built in the traditional style of the region with stone walls and wood interiors, enhancing the experience of visiting this lovely part of Greece. As the hotel is built on the mountain side, it is on different levels, with outside and inside common areas at each level - very nice to sit at when not in the room. Breakfast (very good) is served in a very nice area, traditionally decorated also. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with everything that we needed. The hotel also has a parking garage - very useful in Metsovo.

The staff is super friendly with a lot of advices. The location of the establishment is close to a lot of things to do and if you're staying for more than a couple of days there's a tone of activities that you can find in the hotel. Definitely will be going back.
