The staff were very welcoming and went 'the extra mile' to ensure we had a lovely stay. We would thoroughly recommend and hope to stay there again.

The room was clean and a good size, comfortable bed and large bathroom. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious.

Dunster Castle Hotel is located in the medieval village of Dunster. Free WiFi access is available. All rooms have a private bathroom with bath or shower. We love Dunster but had not stayed at the Dunster Castle hotel before. The location is convenient to everything, and the car park behind was a pleasant surprise! The rooms were stylish and super comfortable (a glass of sherry before bed was delightful), and breakfast was delicious. Our son was with us and had an interview over Zoom and the wi-fi worked perfectly. We could not have been happier with the hotel and the owners—just so accommodating. We will definitely stay here our next time to Dunster.

That was one of the best experience I ever had - Kind people, amazing breakfast and well tasting beer. If you are near Cheddar - this is the place to stay!

The Flying Fish Stables is a traditional country pub in the quaint village of Windmill Hill. It offers home-cooked food, real ales and individually designed rooms. Taunton is 15 km away. The chalet/stable was absolutely fantastic, finished to a high standard, lovely king size bed,TV and tea and coffee the staff were all very friendly. Great place to stay!!!

In the Exmoor National Park, the 13th-century Luttrell Arms offers medieval features and picturesque gardens. Delicious breakfast ....very good assortment of pastries , cerals, fruits. The hot choices were very good and cooked to perfection. We loved the staff. They were all wonderful esp Jules, Freya, Lucy, Charlie. Dinner was superb. The fish n chips were an A+++ and we are from New England. The hotel is so steeped in unique history and each nook and crannies reflects this beauty. Our room ( #1)was fantastic.I The Secret Garden was indeed a lovely secret haven for afternoon tea.

This 16th century country house is on the slopes of the Quantock Hills, 15 miles from Exmoor National Park. It has quiet gardens, free Wi-Fi, free parking and a restaurant. Emily was amazing, so nice, genuine and lovely. We had a great one night stay. Food was perfect, complimentary tea and cake was such a nice touch too. We had the standard room and it was absolutely perfect. Great small touches as well. 100% recommend
