Situated in the market town of Penrith, The North Gate-way to the Lake District National Park, Foundry 34 offers free Wi-Fi throughout, a brasserie restaurant, and bar. Had an excellent evening meal. Comfortable room and good shower. The breakfast was one of the best. The staff were first class. Have stayed before and would do again.

Boasting an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, and modern rooms, the 4-star luxury North Lakes Hotel and Spa, is located just off the M6 motorway. Interior design was amazing inside - very modern! lovely touches in the family room - little colouring packs for kids, their own robes and little juices and snacks for them too in the fridge, cookies on arrival and a fresh milk dispenser right outside the door was brill - especially to fill bottles for babies!! Staff were so friendly in the restaurant also. Will defo be recommending!

Roundthorn Country House dan Mews Apartments yang mewah dan mandiri terletak di tengah taman lanskap, dengan pemandangan Eden Valley dan Lakeland Fells yang indah. First class hotel. Friendly helpful staff, beautiful, comfortable room and excellent food. We were driving south from Scotland to Liverpool to join a cruise ship, unfortunately due to bad weather conditions our itinerary was changed and we elected not to sail. I rang the hotel on our way back north and were delighted that they were able to give us the same room. Would definitely stay at Roundthorn again.
