Set in Whitby, 1.6 km from Sandsend Beach, Sneaton Castle offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at Sneaton Castle. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed. Everything was well maintained. The attention to detail was very good. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. We dined at the restaurant one evening and the food was first rate. Great chefs here. They even created a special birthday cake which was the best we have had period. I could not fault Sneaton Castle in any way.

The Feathers Hotel, Helmsley, North Yorkshire is in the centre of Helmsley in the North York Moors National Park. It has 3 bars, and en suite rooms, some of which have views of Helmsley’s Castle. Lovely small hotel with very comfortable and well appointed rooms. Very friendly staff and great breakfast. We absolutely loved our stay!

It is right across the street from the path down to the sea! And it’s a lovely walk down to the town center—a perfect location. It appears to have been recently updated—tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The breakfast includes lovely cooked options including fish and smoked salmon! The staff are pleasant and helpful. Paul and his wife, the hosts, are very gracious and fun to talk to with great recommendations for what to see, do, and eat in the area. Paul has a small, well-stocked bar in the lounge which is very convenient and nice for visiting with the other guests.

St Hildas Complex is set in Hinderwell, 44 km from Peasholm Park and 44 km from Dalby Forest. With free WiFi, this 5-star hotel offers luggage storage space. Debbie was very friendly even made me a cup of tea whilst I waited for a taxi. Fantastic themed idea for the rooms. Loads of space. Big Spa bath. Very nice place to stay whilst doing the Cleveland Walk.

The Inn on the Moor Hotel has a garden, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in Goathland. It was as expected, staff was very frienly. Breakfast was nice as well.

Located in Dalby Forest, 2.1 km from Pickering, High Dalby House has a bespoke labyrinth and a garden. The property is set in 6 acres of isolated and secure private grounds. Location was amazing ..... not surprising the mobile and internet coverage was poor .... no bad thing at all as offered the opportunity to totally leave tech behind and tune into the beauty of nature all around us. Food and company excellent. Warm and safe and would highly recommend

The Horngarth offers accommodation in Whitby. Whitby Abbey is 600 metres from The Horngarth, We received everything we expected from the property and more. The owners had thought of everything and there were lots of little extras included that you wouldn’t get in other hotels. The location was also excellent with top class bars and restaurants right by the hotel as well as bakeries and coffee shops for breakfast.

Located in Wass, 34 km from Flamingo Land Theme Park, The Stapylton Arms provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant. A lovely, quiet, peaceful village but lots to explore nearby. Super clean and comfy. Helpful and kind host. Lovely breakfast. Car parking provided onsite. Some lovely extras like home cooked biscuits and soaps etc.Village folk welcomed us to their table tennis evening- something on I. the village hall most nights of the week.
