Situated in Brough, 34 km from Askham Hall, Wilding Hotel features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. We know the property has just been refurbished and all is brand new- but it has all been done to the highest standard possible. It is a family run hotel and everyone pulls together. It is both rustic and stylish and there wasn’t anything that I saw that I didn’t like. Even the door cards were made of bamboo! The rooms are beautiful and the bed head boards were my favourite thing! Solid pieces of wood- so natural but stunning. Comfortable beds with amazing pillows! Beautiful decor - not fussy, just stylish and classy. Rooms cleaned/beds made daily and a lovely touch was having slippers waiting for you on a tray where you leave your shoes, and COMPLIMENTARY soft drinks in the fridge, to have whenever you fancied them. Now that is a first 🥰 and beautiful thick heavy bath towels. There’s a great choice of rooms- double/king/ family/ small double all very tastefully decorated - and 2 Bridal suites to choose from on the top floor with amazing en suite bathrooms. There are 2 gorgeous accessible rooms in the bungalow further down the drive too. The staff were brilliant- so accommodating and friendly. The place was beautiful, staff were so friendly We had food on the night time in The Smithy restaurant attached to the hotel. The food was tasty and well served. We opted for the traditional breakfast in the morning as part of our stay that was top quality
