Glencoe
We were staying in the Alpine bunkhouse, and it was one of our best stays of the trip! The communal area is cozy and welcoming and the kitchen has everything you need. The room and beds were very comfy as well. Every part of the building was spotless. Wifi worked like a charm. The walk to the hostel from the nearest bus stop takes about 30 minutes, but is quite pleasant because of the cute village of Glencoe and the beautiful scenery on the way. The location is also ideal for hiking, with many beautiful trails nearby.
Excellent setting for a hotel. Beautiful scenery and walking trails. Best hotel so far for staying around Glencoe. It was a bit pricey but the pool helps and the bathtub was perfect to relax after a drive and a winter walk. Breakfast was good. Restaurant was full with outside people which means the food is decent. Outside my budget but there was a nice coop round the corner. A big plus.
The apartment felt like a home away from home. It is spacious, comfortable, at a great location for day trips or for just enjoying the views of the loch. Free parking, good wifi, plenty of personal touches that make you feel welcome, and lovely hosts. Comfy beds, shower, and a functional kitchen make this a place we'll definitely choose again when we return to the Glencoe area.
We really enjoyed our short stay at Skyfall, the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Mairi and Tony were attentive hosts and always there for any questions. The location is ideal for exploring Fort William and Glencoe. All in all we had a very relaxing stay, and we really look forward to returning to Skyfall again!
Ballachulish
Stunning location, and a beautifully furnished apartment with everything we needed for our stay. We had our dog with us and it was so lovely to walk around the beautiful gardens. We were so close to all the stunning sights in Glencoe, it was ideal. Highlight was listening to an owl as we went for an evening walk around the garden!
The location of the hotel was stunning. The room that I got had all the beautiful views that are actually mentioned in the photographs. At the same time the hotel isn't too far from Glencoe or Ballachulish village. Staff was very friendly indeed. The swimming pool & restaurant/bar all had stunning views.
Ballachulish
Excellent location with easy access to a lochside footpath that used to be a railway - perfect for an evening stroll. The apartment was finished to a good standard with everything you need for a self catering stay. Great place to explore Glencoe and the surrounding area and the hosts were very friendly. Perfect.

Distinctive hotel very conveniently located in the village of Glencoe. Perfect homebase if you want to go day-hiking to see the beautiful mountains, lochs and streams nearby. Hotel has many cozy corners for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. My room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities.
The location of this hotel was good, close enough (by car) to where we were going (Glencoe). The room itself was pleasant enough for our 1 night stay. We arrived late in the evening, and the receptionist was the barman, who was busy, but also accommodating and friendly.
Ballachulish
The apartment was so comfortable and just big enough for the two of us. it was also located very well for easy access to to hiking and Glencoe. Our host was able to help us immediately with the tv and the oven.
Due to unforseen circumstances I was booked into the Isle of Glencoe Hotel. The customer service was lovely and I was upgraded into a features double bedroom for no additional costs
Ballachulish

Very quaint hotel. Cute bar, nice room, easy to find. Perfect place to start a drive through Glencoe.
location and house was beautiful, weather very wet, bit lonely on my own.
The view was nice but everything near there closes early so plan accordingly. The beds and the showers left some things to be desired...
Cute, clean, cosy and comfy accommodation in Glencoe.
