The rooms are charming with a mix of old and modern furniture, the bathrooms are updated and the showers have good water pressure, important if you have long hair! The breakfast is served in an adorable restaurant immediately across the st with delicious coffee and an array of breakfast foods , cooked to order. The owner and his staff are incredibly attentive and you are not rushed at all! Everything is quaint and charming as well as delicious!

I have been stopping here every year for the past 6years around the same time for the autumn internationals it a good standard budget hotel close to railway 20min walk for a 20min train ride to Cardiff meaning I don't have to drive to Cardiff , and they are well accomodating I call up at 21:50 to say that we are returning later than expected and if there was any chance of food and the wait for us and cook a meal for us, what more can you ask for. Défi recommended . Especially for those that don't want to pay ridiculous price .

We had checked in early as we were going to a festival near by and they let us put our bags in one of the rooms until the rest were ready.Our rooms where clean and a good size aswell as the bathroom. We went into the bar in the night and the locals were friendly and made us welcome.
