The Chatsworth Hotel is an exquisitely restored Victorian seafront retreat, overlooking the historic pier and bandstand. The location of the hotel on the seafront was excellent. Parking was right opposite and the hotel was conveniently placed for shops, restaurants and other facilities. Room service was efficient and unobtrusive.

Chalk Farm LDC is situated in Willingdon in Eastbourne, 28 km from Brighton & Hove. The hotel has a sun terrace and views of the garden, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. Breakfast was fast, substantial and tasty- particularly the bacon! The location was fabulous. Lots of wonderful walks available in such an historic old village. Easy access into Eastboure via a close-by bus and close enough to Polgate station for access to the airport, London and other places. Perfect!

On the coast at Eastbourne, the View Hotel offers modern en-suite rooms, most of which have balconies. Situated on the main promenade, the beach is just a few minutes’ walk. The room was much larger than expected and the Sea View was amazing given it was described as a side view. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. For the money I thought is was great value

Less than 200 metres from Eastbourne beach and opposite the Western Lawns, the The Lansdowne, Eastbourne has sea-facing lounges with original Victorian features and free Wi-Fi. Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff. Very friendly and helpful. The food is amazing very good choices and excellent quality. There was plenty of choices at breakfast too. The bed was very comfortable and our room was fabulous.
