The staff are the heart of Albion, each of them helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly - always willing to chat, give recommendations, and connect. The breakfast was delicious, the restaurant on-site is amazing (though only open on the weekends), and the bar/coffee is well-stocked and wonderful. The hotel itself is thoughtfully designed with quality products with an incredible location in the city and in Wales overall.
