We loved it all!!, from the most critical box-ticking elements to the unexpected warmth of the family who runs the haven. Box-ticking: everything it says is true, location is perfect, the place is stunning, the rooms are very nice, the pool is great, the view is mesmerizing. And the warmth and hospitality of the family that welcomes you and nurtures you (should you wish), will provide you with all the best addresses, the best times, and a truly great time. I went there for my honeymoon, and i cannot wait for next summer to bring my entire family there. Whole heartedly recommended.

A small haven of peace located in the middle of the umbrella pines, the Ambassador Palombaggia hotel is only 1115 feet from the beach of Palombaggia and... Warm, friendly, welcoming staff. Flexible and they’re ready to adapt to your needs and to make you comfortable. Also good food!! Thanks a lot for hosting us very nicely. Location is beautiful, little paradise.

Located on Corsica’s southern coast in Porto-Vecchio, The Bergeries de Palombaggia offers both beautiful beaches and spectacular mountain scenery. All the rooms are self-contained small houses on the property (great for those looking for privacy and quiet). Plenty of flowers on the grounds of the property, you feel like you’re staying in a botanical garden. The staff drives the guests to the beach and back in a small buggy, which is awesome because without it, the walk to the pailotte (beach club) is about 30min, which under the sun feels like eternity. It would be good if the same buggy service was provided for dinner too, but it’s only available during the day. We got a free room upgrade halfway through our stay, which was a nice touch.
