We were welcomed with a lot of enthusiasm and caring to this beautiful country inn right on the Dordogne River. Sitting on the patio looking out over the valley was a bit of heaven! The dining room was lovely. It was a fine base to visit nearby Sarlat La Canadia and to see other ancient buildings in the Dordogne area.

The room is spacious with a superbly luxurious bathroom. The garden ground with grown and flower trees, is gorgeous. Breakfast, at extra for us, is top notch with viennoiseries, a variety of French and other types of bread, cold cuts, cheese, juice, expresso coffee and fried eggs. The hosts Thierry and Anne-Marie are solicitous, providing great assistance for places to visit and restaurants to choose for dining out. Top cleanliness. Our experience with this place is 5 stars.

Hôtel-Restaurant Les Collines is a 6-minute drive from the centre of Cublac and 10 km from the A89 motorway. It offers an outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub and a terrace with sunbeds. It’s really difficult as a family of 5 to find a hotel room, even better is we were able to have a lovely evening meal which was really good value. We look forward to staying here again

La casa està molt bé, moderna i comfortable. Situada a prop de Sarlat que es un bon punt de partida per a múltiples excursions pel Périgord. L'esmorzar es absolutament espectacular, tipus buffet, molt millor que el de molts hotels, amb la majoria de productes fets a la mateixa casa amb productes de qualitat de la zona. Els propietaris molt amables i pendents de les nostres necessitats en tot moment. Una estada per repetir.
Hotel ideal per visitar Périgueux la capital del Perigord. Personal molt amable. Habitació ideal amb vista a la ciutat i la Catedral. L'esmorzar realment molt bó. La solució del aparcament és molt bona tenint dues opcions: aparcament al mateix hotel o bé al parking públic de la plaça del front. Situació de l'Hotel molt cèntrica. Sens dubte és un hotel per tornar.

We enjoyed a lovely dinner there. The outdoor area was scenic & relaxing. The rooms were clean & ours was large.
Whilst the Hotel is in two parts, the breakfast taken by the pool area and dinner in the main building, so there is a short walk between the two, choose what rooms you book. Best part was the staff, both reception and waiting staff, the grounds and peacefulness of the village and area. BUT the chef is exceptional, we ate both a la carte and demi pension and the choice and quality of the food was superb.

Excellent value when traveling off season in September, patio was great in the evening, slept with the window open every night with the only sound an owl in the the local woods.

The grounds were spectacular, I just wish the castle was open to tour.
Everything except the no aircon and the fact that there is no one available to help you after 8pm. We arrived around 7pm, when we figured that there was no hot water, it was too late, lobby was close and we had to shower with cold water to our 1 year old baby. Water was fixed in the end of the following day. It happens but this + the extremly hot temperature with no aircon did make the trip quite less good compare to what it could have been :)
