Situated in Saumur, 3.7 km from Saumur Train Station, Château La Comtesse de Loire & Spa features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The Chateau was stunning. We received a very warm welcome on arrival. The room was beautiful, elegant and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely restaurants near by. All in all a wonderful stay and will be back.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in a perfect location to enjoy Saumur. A delicious and beautifully presented breakfast with many organic and local produce options. Regis was very helpful with parking the car, recommending restaurants and sorting any question we had. We loved Chateau d’Azay Le Roseau that he recommended.. the perfect size and just like a fairy tale. Thank you for a wonderful stay.. highly recommend. Car parking is limited so do reserve well in advance. It is not guaranteed.

This hotel was phenomenal, and I wish we could've stayed longer. The room we had was built into a cave, and it was by far the best sleep I had my entire trip (the room was cool and quite). It was so nice to be able to take a dip in the pool (also in a cave!) during the hot afternoons. The proprietor had great recommendations for restaurants and activities. The breakfast was delicious.
