The hotel is beautifully designed, The team is wonderful, efficient, pleasant and thoughtful Very convenient ski in & out and the equipment in the shop was of good quality. Pauline, with whom we corresponded prior to our arrival was very helpful and helped us secure restaurants, She had excellent tips. It was also great to be able to schedule massage at the spa in the last minute. Both masseures were very good!

It is simply the best hotel in the alps! Very cosy and functional design, suuper friendly staff, few meters to the ski lift and ski school. Very broad after-ski program: pool with outdoor jacuzzi, 2 bars with different music, fireplace. Very good breakfast and restaurant. The place has literally everything for a great ski vacation. Place is run by a family and you see and feel it everywhere.simply in love with it!

This 4-star hotel is located in the Three-Valleys ski area, high up in the French Alps. It offers an indoor heated pool, a hammam and south-facing rooms with mountain views. The rooms are super calm, coupled with the comfort of the bed and sheets, you get some quality sleep here! The bathroom looked freshly renovated, and the bathrobe was really soft and cozy. The breakfast offer is endless, you get cheese from the region, great charcuterie, viennoiseries, and the chef is dedicated to preparing any kind of eggs. I think you can even ask for crêpes. A huge plus is that you are able to freshly squeeze your own orange juice. The staff is really friendly yet professional, always available if anything is needed. I can definitely say that they played a huge role in the quality of the hotel and stay.

The staff were more than friendly, kind, and welcoming. They were very generous with information whenever needed. The room is very clean, and very well organized. The bathroom is super spacious and clean. Very cozy environment, this hotel felt like home.
