We wanted a hotel a bit outside the town center, with a secure place for our car, and found just that, but we also found so much more. This is a quite family hotel, run by the most welcoming and friendly staff, from the women who welcomed us when we arrived to the owner couple serving us the best French breakfast you can desire. We were just driving through, and stayed just one night, but if you want to explore the Loire valley, Castel Fleuri in Tours is the place for you. We will return and do that!

Les Trésorières has a fitness centre, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Tours. I’m on a long vacation and this was my favorite hotel so far. It’s a brand new hotel at a very convenient location (walking distance to everywhere). It has a lovely little courtyard full of sunshine. The room was bright, spacious (felt larger than it looked on the pictures), with elegant decorations (I loved the wall paper and the dry flowers on the table) and very modern and convenient facilities. Had a good night of sleep in a comfortable bed. The room was absolutely quiet at night. The staff team was impeccable - everyone was super friendly and helpful. I arrived early in the morning, the lady who greeted me gave me great advices re the city. Later in the day, at the bar, I had very pleasant conversations with Simon and his new colleague.

From the moment we arrived we’re greeted with a warm welcome from the charming young man on the desk who kindly carried my case up to our room,excellent room large bed and spacious well equipped shower room,the dining room was beautifully appointed with interesting artwork overlooking the gardens The three course dinner option was extremely good value and delicious and good wine choices Breakfast was simple but amazing homemade jam,home cooked ham, cheese,fresh bread, yogurt, fromage frais,fresh fruit, delicious croissants and quality juices and coffee all for €8 and the lady who served breakfast was a delightful woman A marvellous stay and will definitely be back here again
