L'edifici on es troba l'apartament és magnífic, de gran arquitectura, al bell mig de Valladolid. L'apartament (molt més petit del que sembla indicar les fotos) està ben reformat tot i que no ben equipat per a estar-s'hi més d'un dia. Els llits són fantàstics, molt còmodes. No es pot dir el mateix del sofà (terriblement incòmode) i de la cuina (molt poc equipada). La televisió semblava tenir accés a plataformes però mai vam saber com fer-la anar.
