He spoke perfect English was super efficient and very kind. just what we needed after a long drive. Hotel is well designed and brand new. everything was spot on!! Set in San Sebastián, Lasala Plaza Hotel is 80 metres from Calle Mayor, within the Old Town, and also 500 metres away from Victoria Eugenia Theatre. I loved the location, how easy and comfortable everything was - a feelin induced by the furnishings of the hotel, the quality of objects, the care of the staff. I was immensely impressed by the size of the room I got, it felt like a large apartment. I just cannot wait until my next visit to this hotel and to San Sebastian.
