Facing the beachfront, Hotel Voramar offers 4-star accommodation in L'Escala and has a terrace, restaurant and bar. The staff were all very nice and helpful. They gave us good recommendations for where to eat. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We liked the position and the private parking.

The 2 gentlemen (at the reception - I think they are the owners), are so kind and attentive. Everytime we have stayed there, we felt comfortable and they have done their best to attend our needs. The hotel is very clean and super close to the beach.

Good location, away from the bustle of the town, fabulous views. Parking available either in the hotel carpark or in the square outside. Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast in the garden by the pool. Charming and helpful staff. Possible to walk into town along the coastal path during daylight but not in the dark.

Located in Vilacolum, 13 km from Dalí Museum, Hotel Aires de l'Emporda provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The situation in a quiet village, easily accessed from the motorway. The hotel is beautiful with lovely outdoor gardens and swimming pool. The rooms are spacious clean and well furnished. The staff are extremely friendly and acknowledged our 2nd visit to the hotel. The food is the best hotel food we have had in Spain. The breakfast choices are exceptional.

Hotel Palau Macelli has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Castelló d'Empúries. This 4-star hotel offers luggage storage space and free WiFi. I cannot tell you enough wonderful things about this unique boutique property. This was a magnificent experience for our family. The suites are beautifully decorated and well appointed, in addition to being impeccably clean. The beds and bedding are so comfortable. The shower is amazing, and the spa is fantastic. It was such a superb stay! What an incredible gem in a quaint town. The staff was so accommodating and welcoming… We cannot wait to come back!

Taverna de la Sal Boutique Hotel in L'Escala has been renovated and it is located in the old town. It provides adults-only accommodation with a terrace and a bar. Breakfast was excellent, all needs and food tastes catered for. The restaurant was good and Matthew went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our meal. The location was perfect for the beach, bars and restaurants, old town and shopping and the coastal path.
