The friendliness of the team was always helpful whenever we had a request, security was great, and we always felt safe (an important factor during these times) Michael at the Front Desk was a significant help, extremely approachable and understanding of our needs and the long travel we had done. Iliyana and Omnia (excuse me if I've misspelt names) made the morning even better at breakfast with their warm smiles, excellent service, and helpful attitudes. The Coffee was awesome! We liked being greeted by friendly faces and big smiles from the cleaning team of Abdlfattah and Maha. Importantly, our rooms were always well-looked-after and clean. Thank you!

The location is great and easily accessible from most available public transport, and very close to the Giza Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum.. The staff was extremely helpful and supportive.. They managed things extremely smoothly and they were very friendly to me.. The room was very clean and they provided towels and soap, which is not a common finding for this price.. Excellent value for money... Everything went really well this time, far beyond my expectations! .
